school assignment #2

This week I choose to learn a little more about Paul and how he was influencial to those around him for good.

 Paul's calling in the church was an apostle of the Lord Jesus Christ.
His responsibilities included being a missionary and teaching those around him about Jesus Christ

I love that in 1st Corinthians we come to know Paul a little more and see that he was no respector of persons. I loved all that he served. We understand by reading in 1 Corinthians chapter 9 that he went out to the people and embraced their way of living no matter if they were the poorest of poor, and he taught them about Christ.
We had a lesson in Relief Society on Sunday about being an influence for good in our world. We can go out and be active members in our community and serve around us being examples of Christ. We don't neccessarily need to shout from the rooftops, but just let our examples shine through.
Paul was a great example of someone who shined the light of Christ to all.
